Women’s Relay Events
09:00 FRR (Fencing Ranking Round)
The day kicked off with the Fencing Ranking Round (FRR) for the women’s relay at 09:00. This early morning event set the stage for a day of intense competition.
14:00 General Warm-Up
Participants had a general warm-up session at 14:00 to prepare for the upcoming physical challenges.
15:05 FBR (Fencing Bonus Round)
At 15:05, the Fencing Bonus Round (FBR) began, followed by three main events:
• Obstacle Course: Testing agility and speed.
• Swimming: Measuring endurance and technique in the pool.
• Laser Run: Combining running with laser shooting for a thrilling finish.
Men’s Relay Events
12:00 FRR (Fencing Ranking Round)
The men’s relay started with their Fencing Ranking Round at 12:00, allowing competitors to earn points and set their positions for the following events.
17:00 General Warm-Up
A general warm-up at 17:00 allowed the male participants to prepare for the rigorous activities ahead.
18:05 FBR (Fencing Bonus Round)
The Fencing Bonus Round for men began at 18:05, followed by:
